Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-Patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation type III\-VI who eligible for surgical treatment
  • •\-Age 18\-65 years old
  • •\-Duration of injury less than 1 month

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Associated ipsilateral shoulder injury
  • •\-Associated uncontrolled underlying disease which compromised outcome or postoperative rehabilitation program
  • •\-Previous ipsilateral shoulder surgery or previous ipsilateral impaired shoulder function
