Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation type III\-VI who eligible for surgical treatment
- •\-Age 18\-65 years old
- •\-Duration of injury less than 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Associated ipsilateral shoulder injury
- •\-Associated uncontrolled underlying disease which compromised outcome or postoperative rehabilitation program
- •\-Previous ipsilateral shoulder surgery or previous ipsilateral impaired shoulder function
