Inclusion Criteria
-Patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation type III-VI who eligible for surgical treatment
-Age 18-65 years old
-Duration of injury less than 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
-Associated ipsilateral shoulder injury
-Associated uncontrolled underlying disease which compromised outcome or postoperative rehabilitation program
-Previous ipsilateral shoulder surgery or previous ipsilateral impaired shoulder function
