- •4.Mild male factor infertility defined as <15 M/ml, <32% Progressive motility and <4% normal morphology

- •1.Undergoing IVF for fertility preservation
- •2.Women >38 years of age
- •3.Polycystic ovarian syndrome
- •4.Severe endometriosis
- •5.Women with uterine factor infertility
