- •1.Age is 18 years or older
- •2.The patients who receive robotic pancreatoduodenectomy at our institution
- •Patients who have given written informed consent
排除标准
- •patients who cannot give consent
- •severe respiratory dysfunction (arterial PaO2 <70 mmHg)
- •severe cardiac dysfunction (New York Heart Association 3 or more)
- •severe hepatic dysfunction (Child Pugh classification C)
- •severe renal dysfunction (hemodialysis)
- •acute bacterial infections
- •severe psychiatric disorder
- •patients with distant metastases
- •palliative surgery
- •emergency surgery
- •investigator not available
