Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Caregivers between the age of 20\-50 years.
- •Must be a first or second degree relative of a frail elderly (sibling, spouse, child, niece, nephew, half sibling, or cousins)
- •Caregivers must be living along with the elderly
Exclusion Criteria
- •Frail elderly in old age homes or other assisted living centres are excluded.
- •Excludes Caregivers who have been taking care of people for less than a year.
- •Caregivers who have or are being paid for their caregiving.
