Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Caregivers between the age of 20\-50 years.
  • Must be a first or second degree relative of a frail elderly (sibling, spouse, child, niece, nephew, half sibling, or cousins)
  • Caregivers must be living along with the elderly

Exclusion Criteria

  • Frail elderly in old age homes or other assisted living centres are excluded.
  • Excludes Caregivers who have been taking care of people for less than a year.
  • Caregivers who have or are being paid for their caregiving.
