- •1\. Inpatient volunteer with chronic illness, age 10\-19 years old
- •2\. Plan to take two or more oral medications for at least 4 weeks
- •3\. Clinically stable
- •4\. Able to communicate Thai
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Already had medication chart
