Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Confirmed diagnosis of ischemic heart disease by the clinical records and by a specialist
- •in Cardiology.
- •Patients with heart failure (NYHA classification I and II)
- •Patients post CABG and PTCA (at least 3 weeks after surgery)
- •Patients who are Adults
- •Patients having smartphones and internet connection
- •Patients who can read, understand and comprehend English and Hindi language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •Patients with known psychiatric or associated illnesses and hemodynamically unstable.
- •Patients who are already taking rehabilitative consultations for diet and exercise
- •Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure (NYHA\- III and IV) and relatively
- •low ejection fraction (45% or less)
