Name Time Method An easily accessible personalized healthcare monitoring system for diabetic patients who use glucometer, which provides the patient and physician accurate data on the patientâ??s diabetic history. The app also is expected to aid in entering and monitoring vital signs and data of the patient is managed.Timepoint: 2 Months
