Inclusion Criteria
1. All midline laparotomy wounds
2. Age 18-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of previous laparotomy
2. Pregnancy and lactation
3. BMI greater than or equal to 35 kg/m2
4. Immunocompromised states like HIV, Steroid therapy etc
5. Cases planned for laparostomy
