There will be 40 children aged 7 to 12 years, all patients from the Pediatric Dentistry Outpatient Clinic of the University of Nove de Julho; The evaluated and treated dentition will be the healthy dentition, in molars, following the IHOS evaluation
The exclusion criteria of this protocol will be children who are taking interceptive orthodontic appliances; Children with a recent history of oral and or nasal surgery; Children who present a feverish state in the act of consultation and collection; Children undergoing viral and or infectious throat, nose and oral mucosa

Name Time Method It is expected to found better results with greater efficacy of the optical fluorescence diagnostic method to the traditional biofilm disclosure method with 2% Erythrosine based;It will be compared by the score in the simplified Oral Hygiene Index that will be noted in the three situations, that is, only with EVINCE, only with blush method with 2% Erythrosine base and then with the union of the blush method with 2% Erythrosine base plus EVINCE
