- •Experts from the rehabilitative context:
- •1. doctors (usually geriatricians) and senior therapists from mobile rehabilitation facilities
- •2. doctors and senior therapists from interdisciplinary early rehabilitation facilities
- •3. doctors from indication-specific rehabilitation ( fields: neurological, cardiological, pneumological and orthopaedic)
- •4. general practitioners and specialists (especially from the field of physical and rehabilitative medicine)
- •5. discharge management (usually social services) from hospitals
- •6. medical services and socio-medical services (of the health insurance)

- •Experts in the field of rehabilitation but not part of the inclusion criterias
