Experts from the rehabilitative context:
1. doctors (usually geriatricians) and senior therapists from mobile rehabilitation facilities
2. doctors and senior therapists from interdisciplinary early rehabilitation facilities
3. doctors from indication-specific rehabilitation ( fields: neurological, cardiological, pneumological and orthopaedic)
4. general practitioners and specialists (especially from the field of physical and rehabilitative medicine)
5. discharge management (usually social services) from hospitals
6. medical services and socio-medical services (of the health insurance)

Name Time Method 1. Identify rehabilitative care needs that are not or not sufficiently covered by indication-specific rehabilitation for patients under 60 years with complex health impairments.<br><br>1. Assess the perceived need for cross-indication mobile rehabilitation for this target group from the perspective of experts.<br><br>3. Identify indication criteria for cross-indication mobile rehabilitation from the perspective of expert's.<br><br>The primary outcome and secondary outcomes will be assessed using semistructured interviews (T0) and an online survey (T1).
