Inclusion Criteria

Experts from the rehabilitative context:
1. doctors (usually geriatricians) and senior therapists from mobile rehabilitation facilities
2. doctors and senior therapists from interdisciplinary early rehabilitation facilities
3. doctors from indication-specific rehabilitation ( fields: neurological, cardiological, pneumological and orthopaedic)
4. general practitioners and specialists (especially from the field of physical and rehabilitative medicine)
5. discharge management (usually social services) from hospitals
6. medical services and socio-medical services (of the health insurance)

Exclusion Criteria

Experts in the field of rehabilitation but not part of the inclusion criterias

Primary Outcome Measures

1. Identify rehabilitative care needs that are not or not sufficiently covered by indication-specific rehabilitation for patients under 60 years with complex health impairments.<br><br>1. Assess the perceived need for cross-indication mobile rehabilitation for this target group from the perspective of experts.<br><br>3. Identify indication criteria for cross-indication mobile rehabilitation from the perspective of expert's.<br><br>The primary outcome and secondary outcomes will be assessed using semistructured interviews (T0) and an online survey (T1).
