Patient between 18-80 years old
Refererred for policlinical routine gastroscopy
In need of sedative agent
Patient can communicate
Are the trial subjects under 18? no
Number of subjects for this age range:
F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 100
F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range 50

Exclusion Criteria

Allergies to any of the used agents
Unable to communicate
Any planned therapuetical interventions
Patient has a suspected alcohol, narcotic och abuse of other drugs, or previous abuse
Pregnant patient
Severe lung disease
