- •All adult (more than 18 years) patients undergoing major intraoral Head and Neck Cancer resection for the first time
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pediatric patients
- •Emergency surgeries
- •Minor Head and Neck Cancer surgeries like single side neck dissection, Direct Laryngoscopy, Examination Under Anaesthesia
- •Patients with pre\-existing tracheostomy
- •Re\-do surgeries
