Inclusion Criteria

1 Newly diagnosed case of CA breast and biopsy proven.

2 Women aged above 18 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Malignancies other than breast carcinoma

2 Pregnancy/puerperium

3 Known c/o Tuberculosis, Chronic inflammatory diseases

4 Patients infected with hepatitis B and C virus as well as H.I.V.

5 Renal/Hepatic insufficiency

6 Metabolic bone disorders

7 No history of medications such as iron, levothyroxine and vitamin D/B12 supplements in the past three months

Primary Outcome Measures

1 To estimate levels of serum vit D, Vit B12, and Ferritin in patients with stages of breast cancer. <br/ ><br>2 To analyse a correlation between serum vit D, Vit B12, Ferritin with Tumour grade, histopathological subtype and axillary lymph node status. <br/ ><br>3 To correlate between serum vit D, Vit B12, and Ferritin with molecular pathological parameters. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 years

In this study we aim to conduct a comprehensive analysis by comparing serum expression levels of vitamin B12 vitamin D & ferritin among three distinct groups healthy individuals patients with benign breast conditions & those diagnosed with breast cancer. <br/ ><br>2. Our primary focus is to assess the intricate relationship between vitamin B12 vitamin D & ferritin levels & the associated risk of breast cancer. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 years
