Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Visit of a GP's practice with planned personal contact with the GP
- •Sufficient knowledge of the German language
- •Written and verbal consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient not capable of giving consent
- •Already diagnosed disease associated with severe cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia)
- •Patient does not have sufficient knowledge of the German language
