Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •30 years and above, capable of effective oral communication and availability to participate in assigned counselling
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who lived in the area \<1 year
- •2\. Those who are pregnant
- •3\. Those with severe illness or diseases that need special care like malignancy, heart failure, kidney disease, etc
- •4\. Those who are bedridden/ have psychiatric illness
