Inclusion Criteria
age 18-80
- female-to-male transgender
- indication for colpectomy (urethral lengthening, vaginal dysphoria, complaints as vaginal discharge)
- previous hysterectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- colpectomy because of other reasons then gender dysphoria
- contra-indication for laparoscopic surgery
