简要总结
This study showed favourable results with prophylactic use of ketorolac and diclofenac potassium drugs on the efficacy of anesthesia, which was ascertained as no or mild pain peri-operatively after taking the drug. Among the total sample size, effective IANB anesthesia block was achieved in 70 (53.8%) participants, while IANB block remained ineffective in 60 (46.2%) participants. The number of successful IANB in ketorolac group was 42 (64.6%) and unsuccessful blocks were 23 (35.4%), while in diclofenac group, 28 (43.1%) participants had effective blocks as compared to 37 (56.9%) unsuccessful anesthesia. The higher number of successful IANB in ketorolac group (64.6%) as compared to diclofenac group (43.1%) shows better results were obtained with prophylactic use of ketorolac drug.
