Inclusion Criteria
•Patients diagnosed with oral potentially malignant disorder
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of hematological disorders/ immunological disorders/ uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy/lactation and medical conditions in which biopsy is contraindicated.
Patients with known allergy to the stain or decolorizing agent.
Patients with dental conditions / prosthetic/ orthodontic appliances that may interfere with examination / photography of the lesion.
