- •Gestational age 40 weeks based on LMP or ultrasound of the first trimester of pregnancy
- •Cephalic presentation
- •Singleton pregnancy
- •Bishop score of 4 or less
- •Intact fetal membranes
- •Reactive non-stress test
- •Body mass index 18.5 to 30
