Inclusion Criteria
The study will include patients with gestational age between 30 and 35 weeks; between 7 and 28 days of life; clinically stable; using enteral diet;
Exclusion Criteria
Will be excluded from the study newborns using ventilatory support; with neurological impairment; diseases of the digestive tract; gastrointestinal fasting; changes in the thermoregulatory system, children of mothers diabetic patients with syphilis or hepatitis B and without the signature of the parents and
free and clear;

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method As a result, it is expected that in preterm infants the weight gain is related to the hydrotherapy technique, measured by scales.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method As a secondary endpoint, it is expected to correlate weight gain with physiological variables (heart rate, respiratory rate, peripheral oxygen saturation), through a multi-parameter monitor and physical evaluation.;As a secondary outcome, we expect to correlate weight gain with behavioral variables, using the Brazelton Adapted Scale.
