- •Age above 18years
- •Fulfilling ICHD criteria for tension type headache
- •Education upto 8th
- •Patient who will give written informed consent
- •Headache severity score (HDI) >30 moderate disability
排除标准
- •Cardiac instrumentation
- •Significant neurological or medical illness (including history of significant head injury or epilepsy)
- •Any substance dependence use in past three months excluding caffeine and nicotine
- •TTH secondary to syndromal Depression and syndromal Anxiety
