1)Patients over the age of 60, male and female;
2)Patients, ASA II-III;
3)Laparoscopic surgery performed under general anesthesia;
4)The duration of operation is less than 3 hours;
5)Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.
1)Patients who are allergic to tropisetron;
2)Patients who have the history of PONV or motion sickness;
3)Patients with excessive fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate during operation;
4)Patients who's skin of Neiguan Point damaged;
5)Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate.
