Brief Summary
In the intervention group, the adherence score increased significantly after 1 month, while the HIV adherence self-efficacy was significantly higher after 3 months compared to the control group. The intervention did not influence the change of substance use. Significant improvements in the Physical health, Psychological health, and Level of Dependence were observed among patients in the intervention arm compared to the control arm.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Aged 18 years old and above; (2\) undergoing ART medications at the selected outpatient clinics during the study period; (3\) owned a smartphone (either one that used Apple or Android operating system) with access to the Internet, and (4\) agreeing to participate and being capable of providing informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Using any HIV\-assisted smartphone application at the time of the study;
- •Having cognitive impairment or any disability that hinders using applications
