入选标准
- •All patients between the ages of 18 and 60 , of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical class I and II, undergoing elective surgery and in whom propofol based induction is planned.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with severe hypotension
- •2. Patients planned for rapid sequence intubation, pregnant patients
- •3. Patients requiring IV sedation/opiods before surgery ( eg. cardiovascular co-morbidities)
- •4. Patients with difficult venous access, thin calibre veins.
- •5. Patients with known allergy to egg proteins
