Inclusion Criteria
Physical ability to perform at 100 Watts for 15 min on a cycle ergometer
Exclusion Criteria
Heart failure stages NyHa 3 and 4, diabetes with complications, malign tumors, non- ambulant surgery within the last six month, COPD Gold 3 and 4, smoking> 2cigarettes/day, missing physical ability to perform at least 15 at 100 Watts on the cycle ergometer

Name Time Method Bodyweight/BMI after 6 month i.e. 48 units of 3 hours time spent in normobaric hypoxia for each individual.
