This is a comparative study to establish the efficacy of mudgadya ghrita in the management of Asrigdara
Total number of patients to be studied is 60 where each group contains 30 samples
30 patients will be given mudgadya ghrita and rest 30 patients will be given tranexamic acid for a total of 3 months
patients will be followed up after every menstrual cycle for 3 months

入选标准
- •Age group from 18 years to 50 years Having abnormal uterine bleeding considering duration and quantity of bleeding during menstruation.
排除标准
- •Malignant patients Coagulation disorders Severe anaemia Post menopausal bleeding Patients with major disease like diabetes mellitus, asthma, kidney disease, liver disease Uterine fibroid.

Decrease in symptoms like

1.srava pramana(amount of bleeding)

2. Srava kaal( duration of bleeding)
时间窗: 1 month
3. Rituchakra avadhi(length of menstrual cycle)
时间窗: 1 month
4. Angamarda(body ache)
时间窗: 1 month
5. Vedana(pain during menstruation)
时间窗: 1 month
次要结局
- Marked improvement has noticed in amount, duration of bleeding, length of menstrual cycle, body ache, pain during menstruation(3 months)
