Paraplegic SCI patient; ASIA A, B, and C grade and predicted that they will permanently depend on a wheelchair for moving on long distances; Will be able to sit independently on the wheelchair for 3-4 hours; No complaint of shoulder pain; Willing to participate in the study.
History of shoulder pain, able to walk, head injury, systemic disease and previous trauma to the shoulder, taking treatment for any psychiatric condition before getting SCI, already participated in another research study, unwilling to participate.
