? 19–39 years old
? Right dominant leg (defined as the one used to kick a ball)
? 18.5 = body mass index < 25 measured via a body composition analyzer (Biospace, Inbody 4.0)
? Agree to participate and provide informed consent after listening to a clear explanation of the clinical study purposes and characteristics
? History of back/spinal-related issues (e.g., lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar fractures)
? Drug administration for injuries or pain in the lower limbs or waist within the past 3 months
? Physical or functional impairments in daily life movements
? Inability to undergo electrode attachment due to systemic skin diseases or metal allergies
? Engagement in high-intensity lower-limb exercise within the past 5 days (e.g., soccer, marathon)
? Deemed inappropriate for participating in the clinical study by the researchers
