Inclusion Criteria
Be over 60 years of age and; Do not present any joint or cardiac instability that indicates the performance of the training.
Exclusion Criteria
Regular participation in systematic exercise programs in the three months prior to the present study; Presence of uncontrolled cardiovascular and musculoskeletal diseases.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in the strength of the lower limbs after 12 weeks of intervention, verified by the number of repetitions performed during 30 seconds in the sit and stand up test, from the observation of a variation of at least 3 repetitions in the pre and post intervention measurements.
