Women who have delivered through LSCS for the first time
Willing to practice guided imagery
Conscious enough to follow our guidelines
Exclusion Criteria
Women those who delivered twin babies
babies with disability and
also, women with psychiatry disorder
Women who have previously undergone LSCS delivery.
