All COPD patients reporting to the Pulmonary Medicine OPD who have never been provided pulmonary rehabilitation therapy will be eligible for inclusion into the study.
1.Presence of any serious comorbidities or Presence of any condition which may be an absolute or relative contraindication for 6-minute walk test e.g. Coronary Artery Disease, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, resting heart rate of more than 120, a systolic blood pressure of more than 180 mm Hg, and a diastolic blood pressure of more than 100 mm Hg, Terminally ill and Moribund patients.
2.Patients are not able to perform given tasks conveniently.
3.Unwillingness to participate in the study.
4.Pregnant patients
5.Patients already undergoing pulmonary rehabilitation.
