Inclusion Criteria
- •Age>18 and <80 years
- •-Confirmed (clinical and histological) diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, either left sided or pancolitis, or proctitis in need for systemic therapy (Montreal classification)
Exclusion Criteria
- •-Pregnancy
- •-Concomitant use of immunosuppressive medication
