入选标准
- •ASA I- II PATIENTS REQUIRING CENTRAL VENOUS CANNULATION FOR VARIOUS INDICATIONS
排除标准
- •Overlying skin or soft tissue infection at the puncture site.
- •External jugular thrombophlebitis.
- •Ipsilateral thrombosis of the EJV or Subclavian vein.
- •Clinical coagulopathy or laboratory anomaly of haemostasis (Platelet count < 1,00,000 or activated partial thromboplastin time greater than 1.5 timesthe control or INR > 1.5.
- •Known or suspected cervical spine injury.
- •Neck mass, cervical hematoma, anatomical distortion.
- •Non- palpable or not visible EJV.
- •Head & neck surgery
