Name Time Method To assess the mHealth/ task sharing component the mean <br/ ><br>difference in PHQ-9 scores at end of trial will be assessed in theâ??high-riskâ?? cohort. <br/ ><br>To evaluate the anti-stigma <br/ ><br>intervention â?? the difference in mean behaviour scores at end of trial using the Mental Health <br/ ><br>Knowledge, Attitude and <br/ ><br>Behaviour (KAB) scale will be analysed in both combined â??highriskâ?? and â??non-high-riskâ?? cohort and separately within the groups.Timepoint: 12 months

Name Time Method To assess the mHealth/ task sharing component the <br/ ><br>difference at end of trial in the <br/ ><br>proportion of people achieving remission (defined as all three of the following: PHQ-9 5, GAD-7 <br/ ><br>5 and suicide risk score 2) in the â??high-riskâ?? cohort. <br/ ><br>Mean difference in GAD-7 scores in the â??high riskâ?? cohort <br/ ><br>Mean difference in PHQ9/ GAD7 scores at 6 months <br/ ><br>Timepoint: <br/ ><br>12 months
