Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age\-range :3\-12years
  • 2\.Both male and female
  • 3\.Patient with Spastic Dipilegia of Cerebral Palsy (hypertonia).
  • 4\.Hypertonocity before the Plantigrade ankle with knee extension.
  • 5\.Patient with Equines gait with hip and knee\- extended and ankle Planter\- flexion
  • 6\.Jump gait
  • 7\.B/L cerebral palsy with GMFCS will be I,II,III
  • 8\.Independent walking without assistant/assistive device
  • 9\.Existing user of AFO

Exclusion Criteria

  • Subject excluded if they demonstrated pure hemiparesis (unilateral impairments only) because of their compensatory abilities (hypotonia)
  • Crouch Gait
