入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age more than 35 yrs old
- •2.Unilateral OA
- •3.VAS score more than 3 to 7
- •4.Crepitus on active joint motion
- •5.Morning Stiffness
- •6.OA Grade 1 to 3 on radiological findings.
排除标准
- •1)Patients with Bilateral OA.
- •2)Recent knee injury or any Trauma to the knee joint.
- •3)Any history of Meniscus or ligamentous injury within past 6months.
- •4)Any Previous or Recent surgeries or Joint replacements in both knees.
- •5)Polyarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis
- •6)Infective arthritis or other Systemic inflammatory arthropathies.
- •7)Any neuromuscular or vascular disorders of lower limb which may affect Balance or Movement (i.e-Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis).
- •8)Associated musculoskeletal problems in proximal and distal joints
