Inclusion Criteria
Entry criteria: 1. Women's willingness to participate in the study. 2. No hormonal medication use. 3. No hysterectomy. 4. Interruption of menstruation for at least 12 months. 6. Live in Mashhad
Exclusion Criteria
Exit criteria: 1. No desire to continue cooperation 2. Absence of more than one training session 3. No answer to more than 10% of questionnaire questions 4. Being fat
