Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •20\-70 year\-old adults who are undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for diagnostic purpose at Asan Medical Center
Exclusion Criteria
- •? past medical history of chronic liver disease and chronic renal disease
- •? unstable vital sign or unconscious patient
- •? a patient who is suspicious of gastrointestinal bleeding
- •? a patient who takes anti\-platelet or anticoagulant drug
- •? a patient who has coagulopathy
- •? a patient who underwent gastrectomy
- •? a patient who is unable to perform at least 4 biopsy specimens for other reasons
