Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Alopecia areata patients with symmetrical lesions on both sides of the scalp and less than 1 year from onset
- •? Those who voluntarily decides to participate after the detailed explanation of study and agrees in writing to abide by the precautions
- •? Men and women over the age of 20
- •? Those who can be followed up during the trial period
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Those with obvious hair regrowth on the symmetrical alopecia lesion on both sides of the scalp
- •? Persons with ophiasis pattern observed
- •? Those with other immune diseases other than alopecia areata
- •? Those who are receiving immunomodulatory drug treatment (oral or topical)
- •? Those with other diseases of the scalp or hair
- •? Women who are pregnant or lactating
- •? Those with immunocompromisation, uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure, and a tendency to bleeding
- •? Those with psychiatric disease
- •? Those who are judged by the principal investigator to be ineligible for the study
