? Alopecia areata patients with symmetrical lesions on both sides of the scalp and less than 1 year from onset
? Those who voluntarily decides to participate after the detailed explanation of study and agrees in writing to abide by the precautions
? Men and women over the age of 20
? Those who can be followed up during the trial period
? Those with obvious hair regrowth on the symmetrical alopecia lesion on both sides of the scalp
? Persons with ophiasis pattern observed
? Those with other immune diseases other than alopecia areata
? Those who are receiving immunomodulatory drug treatment (oral or topical)
? Those with other diseases of the scalp or hair
? Women who are pregnant or lactating
? Those with immunocompromisation, uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure, and a tendency to bleeding
? Those with psychiatric disease
? Those who are judged by the principal investigator to be ineligible for the study
