Inclusion Criteria
Thai individuals with chronic low back pain (12 weeks or longer) aged 20-70 years old in Phitsanulok Province.
Exclusion Criteria
- Low back pain caused by infection, tumor, cancer, lumbar spine fracture, brain or spinal injury
- History of lumbar surgery
