Inclusion Criteria
Patient having aberdeen low back pain scale more than 50 to 70%
Patient who diagnosed with a condition of lumbar spondylosis through XRay or MRI
Exclusion Criteria
Age below 18 and above 60
K/C/O Lumbar compression fracture
K/C/O Pots spine
Patient having anorectal diseases
Patient not willing for peechu treatment
