Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient having aberdeen low back pain scale more than 50 to 70%
- •Patient who diagnosed with a condition of lumbar spondylosis through XRay or MRI
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age below 18 and above 60
- •K/C/O Lumbar compression fracture
- •K/C/O Pots spine
- •Patient having anorectal diseases
- •Patient not willing for peechu treatment
