Conditions
Difficulties in airway management are a significant factor contributing to anesthesia-related cardiac arrest, death, and brain injury in healthy children. The incidence of difficult laryngoscopy in pediatric patients aged 0-5 undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia (GA) with endotracheal tube (ETT) placement at Srinagarind Hospital is not known.

Inclusion Criteria

1. Children (newborns to 5 years of age) undergoing elective surgery under GA with ETT
2. ASA physical status 1-3

Exclusion Criteria

-Emergency surgery
-Previous neck surgery
-Previous Head and neck radiotherapy
-Patients with a neck mass
-Patients with history of difficult airway
-Patients with contraindications of neck movement
