- •All athletes practicing indoor football in Rabelo in Comary team; male; between 14 and 30 years.
排除标准
- •Volunteers with cardiopulmonary disease; muscle or bone-joint injuries to any degree in the last two months and six months respectively; overweight; cognitive inability to achieve the proposed protocols.
