Inclusion Criteria

Patients of either gender irrespective of caste, creed, occupation, religion and socio economic status

Subjects who are willing to participate and ready to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

Cases DM and HTN not under control, impaired cardiac, renal, hepatic function and stroke

History of traumatic injury of cervical spine, cervicl myelopathy

Know case of neoplasm and infective disorders

Pregnant woman and lactating mothers
