Inclusion Criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of degenerative lumbar instability:
(1) Obvious and repeated low back pain, and severe pain or weakness;
(2) Local low back pain and / or lower extremity involvement pain;
(3) MRI or CT can find obvious degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc and joint and exclude other diseases;
(4) X-ray film showed that there was distraction osteophyte formation or obvious stenosis of intervertebral space in the front of the vertebral body. In the dynamic position film (hyperextension and hyperflexion lateral X-ray film) of the lumbar spine, the slip between the two adjacent vertebral bodies was more than 3mm, the disease vertebral body was not more than two segments, and the relative angle of the two vertebral bodies was more than 11 °.
2. Aged 45-65 years old;
3. Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Instability caused by congenital spinal diseases;
2. Instability caused by spinal infection, traumatic fracture, tumor, tuberculosis and osteoporosis;
3. Serious heart, cerebrovascular, hepatorenal, hematopoietic and endocrine diseases;
4. Patients with mental illness or Alzheimer's disease;
5. Lumbar instability of dysplasia, isthmus, trauma and pathology;
6. Severe skin injury or skin disease at the manipulation site.
