Patients older than 40 years with a diagnosis of Essential or Primary Hypertension.
Have salt-losing nephropathy.
Received drugs that affect sodium in the body, such as thiazide drugs, furosemide, etc.
Patients with swelling due to high ECF causing low sodium. such as patients with heart failure, liver failure
Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3b (CKD stage3b) and above or GFR<45mL/min/1.73 squaremeter
Patients with syndrome of inappropriate ADH secretion (SIADH).
Participants who ate out more than once per week.
Participants with food allergies to soybeans. Wheat and oysters
Those who do not agree to act according to the doctor's advice in accordance with the research protocol. or have a physical mental disorder that affects the follow-up of the research study
Patients diagnosed with Hypertensive urgency or Hypertensive emergency.
Participants who cannot read Thai and cannot write letters.
