Chronic kidney patients who
1.are on maintenance dialysis for more than four months.
2.are on dialysis once in three days.
3.are in the age group of 18 to 60 years.
4.are willing to participate in the exercise program for six weeks
5.are able to read Tamil and English.
6.are on A.V fistula.
7.Patients who are medically fit and will be able to perform the exercise for 6 weeks
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patients who are hemodynamically unstable during dialysis
2.Patients with baseline systolic blood pressure > 200 and < 90 mm/Hg
3.Patients with cardiac and respiratory illness.
4.Patients with hemoglobin < 9gm/dl
5.Patients with musculoskeletal disorder
6.Patients with calcium level less than 8 mg/dl
7.Patients with poor glycemic control.
