- •Patient migraineux consultant un neurologue
- •Patient avec EVA entre 0 et 4 pour lequel le medecin a decide de le changer de traitement et de le mettre sous Almogran
- •Patient avec EVA entre 4 et 7 ayant repondu au questionnaire de l'ANAES et pour lequel le medecin a decide de le changer de traitement et de le mettre sous Almogran
- •Homme ou femme de 18 a 65 ans
- •Migraine confirmée selon critères IHS
- •Patient ayant au moins 3 crises le trimestre precedent, utilisant un traitement par voie orale popur ses migraines
- •Patient ayant donne son consentement par ecrit

排除标准
- •Le patient présente plus de 6 crises migraineuses /mois
- •Le patient a présenté sa première crise migraineuse après 50 ans
- •Le patient présente une migraine basilaire ou hémiplégique familiale
- •Le patient présente des céphalées plus de 15 jours /mois
- •Le patient consomme des antalgiques plus de 15 jours /mois
- •Le patient consomme des triptans plus de 10 jours /mois
- •Le patient consomme des opioïdes plus de 10 jours /mois
- •Critères de non inclusion liés au traitement de l’étude :
- •Le patient est déjà traité par Almogran®
- •Le patient présente une contre indication à la prise d’Almogran® (cf rappel des contre indications)
- •Le patient suit un traitement de fond de sa migraine à base d’ergotamine ou dérivés
