Inclusion Criteria
1.Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma of Oral Cavity
2.Undergoing surgery for operable oral cavity SCC
Exclusion Criteria
1.Presence of synchronous malignancy
2.History any prior cancer directed treatment for index cancer
3.History of any prior malignancy
4.Any history of prior oral or neck surgery.
5.Patient not willing to participate in the study
